How do I ship?
All my products can be shiped by DPD or DHL (German Post). For larger orders I use a freight forwarder.
Lead time? I will attend and confirm your order prompt and personal.
- Payments by Creditcard and Paypal:
All goods which are finished on stock will be packed an shiped the very next working day. Various products are semi finished on stock. They will be finished to order within 3-4 working days. You will receive my estimated delivery date for your order. - Payment up front:
After receiving your payment the products will be shiped prompt. Sometimes it takes up to 6 days until I have your payment with my bank account. You may email a copy of your bank confirming the transfer. So we can allready pack the goods for you. Please state the reference number and your name with your transfer..

Pick up from my warehouse
Customers from Scandinavia and northern Germany may pick up their goods in order to save the delivery costs. I'm not working to regular opening hours. Please phone for an appointment prior collection.
Damage and insurance
All transports are insured against lost and damage. Please check every shipment directly after arrival.
In case of damage please proceed as follows:
Report any damage immeadiately with shiping agent. Do not sign for the receive without noting the damage! If you want to return goods please get in contact with me. I will email the return adress to you.
